Stone Run East Apartments

"I just want to share my experience as a current tenant of this complex. In the four months I’ve lived here I’ve had to deal with pests/rodents. Unfortunately I was moved into a building that already had this problem. It was confirmed by other tenants and workers of this property. Buildings 80 & 100. Building 100 had vacancies when I toured in January, now building 80 has vacancies— can you think of why? I have made numerous complaints and submitted maintenance requests since January. I’ve come out of my own pocket trying to pest proof my unit. The property manager hasn’t reached out once to see how things were going or even apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve had to go over her to her boss Erin who is no better. I’m a pretty sweet person in reality but when things like this are disregarded I lose respect for you. I understand it’s difficult to deal with irate people but it’s your job to be a support staff for the people of this community. To completely say nothing at all is rude. I’ve been complimented numerous times by maintenance and anyone who has visited my unit. These corporate people probably don’t deal with these disturbances when they go home. Besides the pests they allow small dogs, dogs that bark ALL day and I work from home. Some of these apartments have MANY people living inside of them, I’m sure more than what’s allowed. I’m busting my behind at market rent and dealing with nonsense. Btw I am a real person and I currently live here, not one of the fake reviews. I also record and document everything. I’m glad to see another review about building 100 below. I think they hid my review btw???"

"Today I met with Caroline at Stone Run East Apartments in Weymouth it was a very pleasant setting very peaceful And quiet the apartment she showed me it was beautiful. I love how the apartment was set up I would love to make this my home for myself and my son. Caroline is very pleasant person and I hope that she’ll be able to assist me in my new home"

"I lived at Stone Run Apartments for about 4 years. I had an amazing experience living in this community. The location is quiet and peaceful. The leasing office staff has always been very helpful. I want to mention about Caroline Harvey. She has been very understanding and cooperative. I appreciate all her help. For any maintenance requests, I used to receive prompt responses to the requests. Maintenance staff at this property knows how to fix the issues properly and they have always been friendly. The neighborhood is nice, Walmart, Stop&Shop, Shaws, Walgreens, BJs etc. are few mins drive from the Stone Run Apartment. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this community. I would definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay."

The environment it is a beautiful complex, country style in my agent is Caroline Harvey she is kind understanding and most of all she understands the economy today is very hard for any age but I would recommend Caroline and this complex to everyone.
