Reviews of Newburyport Crossing
"My experience at Newburyport Crossing has been a very positive one. Amy, John and the entire team are so friendly and helpful, making meI feel right at home from day one. The proximity to the rail trail and downtown Newburyport can’t be beat. I’m so happy I chose Newburyport Crossing!"
"I just moved in less than a week ago. The staff were beyond kind! They introduced me to everyone we encountered and made me feel very welcome..even before the application process. They offered to help with anything I needed and made the move a seamless transition. Already feeling at home here and comforting to know that the management (Thanks Amy & John) have my back!"
"My wife and I met with Amy and toured the facility. Absolutely loved the conveniences and all of the amenities available to us here. If the facility and community are as wonderful as Amy it sure would be a blessing to live there. Future tenants Richard and Michelle Leighton"
"I live in a studio here at Newburyport Crossing and couldn't say enough great things about this place! From the amazing management team, to the accessibility with having downtown Newburyport on my left, and Boston on my right, both easily within reach! In unit laundry, pet friendly, great location and amazing management - this is my first apartment, and I couldn't be happier! Read on to find out why! Pros: -I don't own a pet, but this place is INCREDIBLY pet friendly! There's even a dog washer in the garage, haha. Very easy to bring a pet (cat or dog), and it's not discouraged in any way by the management team! -The "new building" aspect - I love knowing the immediate history of my studio... there wasn't any! Brand new appliances, IN UNIT washer and dryer, sink disposal, heat/cooling controlled in unit by energy efficient appliance, etc. Everything is "new", up to date, and very well thought out in this place! -It's a "smart building" - I was given a key fob and a set of physical "backup keys" to my apartment, and was told "this is all you need!" my fob gets me into the building, into my room, into the gym, the terrace, etc. For my friends who don't have a fob, the building uses "ButterflyMX" which allows me to unlock the front door to the building (not my room, haha) from anywhere around the world. The intercom system allows a guest to video call me (I have to approve it as it comes on my end!), and determine if they can enter the building. The entire building is VERY high tech, and VERY secure! -The amenities! As a 22 year old recent undergrad, I love having options (as many of you do, haha). I have full access to a gym (no additional fee!), a "terrace" on the 3rd floor, the commuter rail train depot is literally a stone's throw away from the front door to the building (I just went into Boston today using this with the $10 weekend pass, and it was an easy hour from platform to platform!). This is one of a series of buildings going up... and I've heard rumors about billiards in the next, and a pool coming up as well! IN UNIT laundry? YES PLEASE. -The AREA! Holy cow! The area! Like I said, the train is $10 on the weekends for a "weekend pass" into Boston, and it's literally a 2 minute walk around the parking lot to the ramp to the depot. In the opposite direction is the head of the "rail trail" for Newburyport, just a mile away from the downtown area. Also just off the "route 1 circle" I feel like everything is at my fingertips! -Underground garage - living in New England, having the option to purchase a garage space (it's about $100/mo, otherwise an outdoor space is FREE/complimentary!) is PRICELESS in the harsh winters/summers! Having this available for residents is such an amazing add on to the lease! -The management - Amy Sava and Jonathan Stickley are an AMAZING duo onsite! Always courteous, VERY friendly, and determined to make sure that you're having your best experience. Management can sometimes be "scary" in the leasing world, but Amy and Jon are super personable, and truly care about their tenants' experiences! -The "little things" - from always having a stash of chilled bottled water for guests, to some individual trailmix on the counter, to the much more extravagant things like a fully catered (free event to residents!) event from Metzy's for our ribbon cutting - Newburyport Crossing and the team behind "the curtain" GET IT - they really do get it! Coming home from a long day, and having a bottle of water in the lobby, is worth every single penny from a customer service perspective. They really get it, and go above and beyond to show it! This is definitely an "up and coming" series of buildings, and I would throw your hat in if you can! The community is GREAT, it feels SAFE (I can't express how nice the resident's are here, haha) and the area is on point! At least stop in and check it out!"
"I just moved into Newburyport Crossing with my wife and daughter. I could not be more impressed with the entire team. Jon, Amy and Francesco were all extremely helpful throughout the entire process. You cannot beat the location especially with the rail trail right there!"
