"Under no circumstances is this place worth living in for the price. They cut corners everywhere. Never are helpful with issues and continue to screw over their residents for their bottom line and how much money they can take in. They scam you with the false promises of all these nice things and nothing is nice. The maintenance guys are the best people and will fix anything very helpful, the management company SUCKS! You will not get anywhere with these people and they know you’re screwed because residents can’t fight back or win financially and they just delay everything until it’s not worth it any longer. Not worth the headache this place creates."

"So I am super picky, and was looking for a convenient safe place to live. This review is a look back, as I have moved out of state. Still, some of you prospective Bostonians might gain some insight. I lived here between 2012 and 2019, in several apartments on both sides.I especially loved the following: top floor apartment overlooking the water. Ample sunlight to grow my plants, beautiful sunrises to greet me in the morning. It was super great to have a parking space assigned in the basement, especially in the snowy winters. I liked that utilities were included, except internet. I always felt safe here, and the staff always made me feel welcome. It was a bit spendy, but you get what you pay for for certain. It helped that I had an awesome roommate to split the 2br apartment with. Best wishes, and welcome"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management scammed us into signing a lease under false pretenses (that there would be a fitness center, yoga room, bike storage room, nice living conditions) and then decided to begin a MULTI year long construction project! They did not offer to lower the rent, even though none of the amenities are available during construction. The people who manage the Rent Cafe (rent collection site) are unfortunately too disabled to do the math correctly and charge the right amounts, so you have to email them monthly showing your calculations to get them to change it every time. Also, there's a severe MOUSE INFESTATION that will not be remedied because the building just chooses the cheap and easy way out instead of taking proper measures to get the mice out of here. The construction only makes the mice problem worse. We have to sleep with a bug net over our bed. Construction noises are loud all day long, impossible conditions for working from home! And on top of all that, none of the construction crew members wear a mask for COVID precautions. Again, please don't be tricked into living here. The third photo I posted is a photo of our hallway. Has been like this for over a year now. The construction company they hired must have just been the cheapest option, so they are going as slow as possible."

"I've had a great experience living at Carson. My roommate and I moved in November 2020 and the maintenance is incredibly responsive. Our AC did not work as well as it should and they came the next day to replace with a brand new one out of the box. All the staff is incredibly polite and do a great job. Bia - the property admin answers within 24 hours. It was a great place to live."

"Great place to live. Location is perfect and the building has everything you need, the yoga room was my favorite spot. I have lived here for 2 years and have had absolutely no problems at all. The staff is wonderful and have contributed a lot to my experience here. I recommend these apartments to anyone and everyone. I'm going to miss the amazing view of the city from our living room window!"
