Woodlands at Abington Station

"We have been living here for 6 months now and we love it! Our unit was renovated with fresh paint and brand new carpets just before we moved in. Maintenance is very responsive and minor issues were fixed promptly. Julie from the management team was a great help when we first were interested in a unit. She helped us by giving us a tour and giving us the information needed to apply which made the application process super smooth. The property grounds are beautiful, and very well kept. Neighbors are polite and quiet. We do hear the train, but our building is directly in front of the tracks, we got used to it very quickly. There is a no smoking policy which is a super plus! No "pet rent", water being included in the covered utilities, and an in-unit washer and dryer really sealed the deal for us. Couldn't have had a better experience, I recommend Woodlands to everyone and anyone!"

"I really enjoyed living here. I had to move because of a job change, and I was sad to leave my neighbors. My dog misses all of his people and dog buddies. It is a very nice community with friendly people. Its very dog friendly, and at the same time, management and residents are great about keeping the grounds clean of dog waste. I worked from home most of the week and it was quiet during the day. I lived in on the third floor by the railroad tracks and that wasn't disruptive at all. My apartment had huge windows and great light. My plants were very happy. It was so well insulated that it was super-cheap to heat in the winter, and I never heard my next door neighbors. I think the quality of construction and the apartment utilities are really nice for the cost of comparable apartments. The maintenance team is very responsive and approachable. They're great guys. The property company renovated all of the exteriors, windows, and doors while I was there. My only complaint is that the construction crews didn't clean up the hallways so they were really dirty, but since that renovation is finished, new tenants probably won't have to deal with that issue."

"Great place to live. Beautiful grounds that are very well maintained and the office and maintenance staff are always very nice and extremely helpful anytime you may need them. The newer apartment buildings popping up all over the place may have fancier amenities and such but they're always doing upgrades here and there's nothing better than walking outside and being surrounded by trees and beautiful landscaping. Its very peaceful here in my opinion and a great place for us dog owners as well. You can decide to live at a place where you walk outside surrounded by parking lots and busy streets or live here and be surrounded by the woods, green grass, chirping birds, the occasional deer or two and plenty of peace and quiet. It's good here : )"
