"I signed a one year lease. Under 1,000 Sq. feet. 1,895. 00 a month. Ants galore. Heat included but I pay the electric and the heat pump runs on electricity and the fan runs 24/7. Expensive. Can't wait to get out of here. I count the days."
"This is supposed to be a quiet community and it was when my family and I just moved in. Now it seems like more people who don't know what respect is have come to live in Solemar. They don't work and pay little rent. Solemar does nothing to these people who cause disturbances to the other people who live there. Also Solemar needs to remember that people who work in the Medical field still need to get to work in the snow. Snow removal needs to be more efficient with walkways and on the road. This also goes for the elderly tenants. The people who work there can be friendly and understanding. The apartments are nice but at a high price."
