Across from Fenway, close to numerous restaurants, Target and StarMarket down the block, it truly is a perfect spot. You can feel how much they care about everyone here. I've lived here for over two years, and the concierge team in the building are professional, friendly, and very kind to residents and guests. They make sure packages and deliveries are securely received and distributed. They are always there to lend a helping hand and are quick to notice and hold the door open for you if you are carrying a lot of bags or pushing a stroller. Wonderful team!"

"APARTMENT OVERVIEW There isn't a day that goes by that my wife and I don't look at each other and say, "I love our home," and our home is 1330 Boylston in Boston's Fenway. We have had the pleasure of living in two units in the building, and each have been nicely appointed with in-unit laundry, modern appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows in each room, and easy-cleaning laminate wood flooring. We look out over Tasty Burger and a USPS facility, which means we get ample light through our windows as opposed to facing another tall building. AMENITIES The apartment community here is top-notch. The leasing office hosts free monthly events from local businesses like The Wine Press, Tasty Burger, and Ten One Tea House. There is a rooftop pool and a fitness room fit for an online influencer. There is also a club room available for reservations whose furnishings are akin to a West Elm showroom. The roof is our go-to spot to listen to the Fenway summer series of concerts, since the big screen is in full view from up there. The concierge also has parcel and dry cleaning services for residents. STAFF Wow. Where to start? John, the lead concierge, is as personable as human beings come. His is often the first face I see in the morning on the way to work, and he's always smiling and looking to make others' lives easier. Shout outs also to Rolando, Justin, Jeff, and Francis, our other concierge legends. The leasing office, held down by Sheila and Devon, are likewise legendary. They helped us coordinate both our moves seamlessly, referring us to the community's online bulletin board where residents often offer up for-sale furniture when we switched to a larger unit and needed to expand. They also coordinate stays in the building's guest suite, and they must know the names of everyone in this building. NEIGHBORHOOD You live on the corner of Boylston and Jersey Street. You have too many dining options to choose from. It's pricey. You're between BU and Northeastern, so there are a lot of students walking around on nights and weekends. Red Sox games will make a run on parking, and fill the neighborhood with traffic. Summer concerts will be audible until the 10:30 pm noise ordinance kicks in, although the windows are incredibly insulated. But would you want it any other way? You live in BOSTON. Enjoy your time here while you have it."
