"Good spacing any problems I have they come right away the maintenance is great and even at the office everyone is respectful and very caring. Almost 10 years and I cant think of a bad thing to say about Battlesfarm"

"Called to check availability for units in 45 days. The office stated that they did not have anything available right now, but I could call back later. Also stated since their prices "change daily", they would not be able to give a rate for a two bedroom unit. Seems odd that the rate would change daily for a rental. Why?"

"I've lived here for almost 4 years. Overall this place is ok. Maintenace issues are answered in a timely manner and resolved fast. The grounds are kept well for the most part. My problem is for the amount of money i pay to live here ($2100/month) i should not have to worry about people breaking into cars and the office doing nothing about it to help. The light in the parking lot by my apartment has been out for months, and the office is fully aware of the problem and nothing has been done to resolve it. The trash is always over flowing and thrown all over the ground and they have done nothing to increase the number of trash pick ups, which makes this place look trashy and poorly taken care of. I have gone to the office multiple times complaining that the parking lots are full with cars that DO NOT have a parking sticker and their excuse is well they close at 5 and there is nothing they can do after that. There are cars that have license plates from other states and they just dont care, as long as it occurs after office hours its not their problem. The grounds are supposed to be smoke free but you have multiple tenants sitting in their cars smoking weed with their windows down with kids out playing and with no regards to them."
