"Absolutely meticulous. I live on cape year round, and so I always lose my favorite places to visitors in the summer- the reason I haven’t posted a review about Purple Nails. But they are too good not to give the recognition they deserve. I have never been to a nail salon that takes as much time, and pays as much attention to detail as the team here. They are not ones to rush to fit every customer in- they take their time and it shows! My nails are FLAWLESS each and every time I go."

"I arrived at the nail salon and only the owner was there. He was finishing up his last client, coughing and sniffling the whole time. I offered him a tissue but he refused to blow his nose. He continued inhaling the stuff in his nose which grossed me out. He told me to pick out my colors assuming I am using regular polish. I asked for gel, he replied gruffly over there. I had a pedicure and gel manicure. He seemed mad, he had no personality. His wife came in while I was having my pedicure and they started talking in Vietnamese, which is rude to me. After my pedicure, he did my gel manicure, I hit the plastic shield putting my hand in the light box, he yelled out “oh my God”! Then he started talking Vietnamese again to his wife (I knew he was talking about me). Over all he did a good job with my nails but I would never go back because of his horrible attitude! They shouldn’t talk a foreign language in front of you, it is rude!"

"They are incredibly rude here. There are only two people working, the man who works there does not care about cleanliness or customer service. He didn’t wear any gloves or take any sanitary precautions while doing pedicures and was incredibly rough on my feet. He made my ingrown nails worse, i can barely walk and have been soaking my feet all day. He also cut my skin by wiping off the nail polish too hard with his long nails. He was very rough and kept grabbing my legs and not caring about taking his time. Every time the phone rang he would sigh super loud like he doesn’t even want to be working at this business. He also would be rude to people on the phone. I am not going back here and I honestly would watch out going here if you are immunocompromised or afraid of injuries or damage to your nails because they are very unsanitary and rough."

"Had a great experience getting my nails done here. I got a gel manicure on my hands and a regular pedicure on my feet for a reasonable price. Definitely will be coming back. Also great service!!"
