"We are current residents at TGM for the past year now and we love our apartment!!! TGM is so responsive when it comes to any maintenance issues we may have. They are swift, responsible and are mindful of our cat whenever they need to enter the apartment. They announce their presence and work in a timely fashion. TGM notifies us of any snow removal procedures for the parking lot. We have worked with April in the office, who is efficient, professional and kind. April strives to resolve any other issues we may encounter. As well as, Deb. The overall staff at TGM is outstanding and we hope to remain tenants for awhile. Thank you for all you do for our community, TGM Andover Park.!!!!"

"We have lived in the current apartment complex for a year and would be happy to do it further, but we had to change the location. The management team is always so helpful! April and Deborah are so nice and always ready to help you. They are in touch with you via email or in person. The same thing I would say about the maintenance team. Our requests were fixed just the next day. Isn’t it perfect? After fixing I got a phone call from Deborah to make sure that everything was working properly. The location of the complex is good. There a lot of grocery stores around , gas station and it’s very close to highway I95 and 495. Loved our stay there. I would highly recommend TGM Andover Park to the future residents!"

"Got home from vacation in the middle of a snowstorm and our fire alarm was malfunctioning/chirping every thirty seconds. I called the desk but it was after hours so I was directed to the emergency maintenance line. I left a message and less than ten minutes later I got a call from the maintenance department saying they were on their way. Fifteen minutes later they were knocking on the door with a replacement in hand. Didn’t try any funny business with a quick fix for the existing one just replaced it. Did well with the dog and the cat who was very interested in his ladder. I’m sure during the snow storm they had better things to be doing but they helped us instead."

"Just want to provide a shout-out to April who is in the main office. She was extremely helpful yesterday when I inquired about getting some sandbags to potentially help getting water off my deck, etc. Turned out I didn't need the bags at all, but April took me seriously and took the time to help me out. April is just super nice and I think TGM Andover is lucky to have her."

"I've lived in many different apartment and condo communities throughout my life and I can tell you with no hesitation that working with Deborah has been the single best experience ever. From day one, she's been knowledgeable and helpful not to mention always friendly and smiling. She's a bright spot in the community for sure. If anyone is looking for a space here, do yourself a favor and ask for Deborah!"
