"Had to have a go pro on my dog due to aggressive and harassing neighbors. The downstairs neighbor would bang on the ceiling with a broomstick when my 4 year old niece would walk around the living room. Horrible and unfriendly two years. Skip out on the high rent and stock template noise complaint letters that goes to every door on the second and third floors. You're better off at a more family friendly apartment complex."
