"I moved to this complex during fall 2023. It is a beautiful complex that is well-maintained, and the management is responsive and quick to act. I love that the apartments have fireplaces, and the layout of the apartment is nice. There is a balcony that allows for fresh morning air during the summers and nice weather. It's in a great neighborhood with a market and most things just a 5-10 min drive away. The downtown commute is only 30-35 mins, thanks to the proximity to I-93north. I highly recommend this place. It provides a good balance of a homely feeling but in an apartment. The ceilings are high, about 10-11 feet which feels like a luxury after living in Boston City apartments. The apartment has plenty of windows and natural light. It is pet-friendly and very good for dog owners as there is also a park right next to it."

"Overall, I loved this place: spacious apartments (despite paper-thin walls) and a nice community. However, I no longer feel safe as some criminal activity has been occurring lately, like car and apartment break-ins. I wish they would install cameras in each building."

"I see a lot of negative reviews about this place and it totally baffles me. I've lived here for 2 years in 2 different buildings. I walk my dogs around the complex several times a day(they love it.) I hardly see anyone smoke and I NEVER smell it. No cigarette buts on the ground either. Just my personal experience. Carolina and Jonna are both fantastic to work with, if you're considering moving here, go see them! The complex is quite aside from occasional dogs barking, which is what you get when you move into a dog friendly complex. The units are spacious and nice. Maybe not totally "luxurious" but they are nice. I've had no issues with "mold" or broken/cheap appliances. If you have dogs, be mindful that this area is surrounded by woods. Certain times of the years the ticks will latch onto them. My dog unfortunately got Lyme disease, but he is 100% fine and healthy. I'll stay here until I move into a house, I've enjoyed my years here so far."

"My apartment has several problems but the worst of all is definitely the stench of cigarettes. Sometimes when I'm at work my wife can smell it strong as if someone is smoking profusely somewhere near, but every single day when I arrive and come in through the door I'm met by the same disgusting smell of cigarettes, which fills me with rage because I'm also responsible for my newborn's health. The poor child is breathing nicotine all day long. Also my neighbor downstairs is an unstable aggressive man whose attitude has made my wife scared and our stay very uncomfortable. I wish I could transfer to another building or leave the community without penalties, but the administration is not understanding at all even after I reported these issues to them by writing. For these reasons I'm truly unhappy in this place and counting my days until I leave from this trap I got myself in. If the cigarette smell doesn't go away soon, I'll have to contact the public department and report it."
