"Edited for owner: I think you're confused because this happened twice. The first time a showing was scheduled for pickering street and no one showed up making us wait over an hour, all calls and texts going unanswered. Second time I tried to set something up you guys responded (at this time I didn't know you were the same rental company, so that was my mistake) and asked my availability and then never got back to me again So that's how a showing was scheduled and no one responded to my availability. Went to view an apartment and no one showed up after an hour. Multiple calls and texts went unanswered. My roommate got a text a few days later asking what we thought of the apartment and if we had any questions??? Let them know no one showed up and we were no longer interested. The reply was not an apology but rather an ok, well I hope you have a great one type deal. Huh?? So rude and unprofessional. Now this is the bread and butter; what caused me to write this review after about 2 months: Fast forward and I'm still looking for an apartment, albeit with a different roomate. I messaged about an apartment and got a reply back from CCM pretty fast and I filled out the prescreening. They asked when I was available and I let them know days/times and then...nothing! They ghosted. I didn't even know it was the same place as my friend didn't mention the rental company, but rather the person who was supposed to meet us. I have excellent credit, make all requirements and yet nothing. Ghosted twice. In hindsight, I'm thankful no one showed up."

"Pros: - Very quick application process. I was able to tour/apply/move in in > 1 week. - Property manager was receptive to concerns about fellow tenants. She took commensurate action in a timely manner. - Reasonably priced rentals. - Property manager worked with/around personal circumstances. Cons: - Maintenance could be better. Some of it was likely a byproduct of understaffing. However, the remaining shortcomings were the result of maintenance personnel simply not following up on unfinished work."

"This place is awful! Slum lords for sure! My girlfriend and I lived there for 4 years; never a day late on our rent; and they didn’t resign our lease for NO REASON! i had just opened a shop in the next town over and they didn’t care about that at all. They DO NOT care about there tenants at all. When we returned our keys they were late; suppose to meet us at noon time and didn’t show up until 1230! Which made my girlfriend late for work. NO RESPECT!!! And too top things off, they only gave us half of our security deposit back. For a couch removal that was left out front; I understand I shouldn’t have left it out front but at least give me the opportunity to move it before not giving our money back. This place is definition of a SLUM LORD! Fix everything with duct tape and glue. Grateful you didn’t resign our lease! So grateful to be out of that gross place… let’s here what you have to say to this CCM. I would LOVE to hear what you have to say !"
