"If having a laundry room on-site is a requirement for you, don’t move here. There are 4 washing machines that will actually clean your clothes. They no longer work. Management is also an issue. They will repeatedly ignore your concerns. No one ever knows what’s going on. Best part, there’s a chance your credit score will be ruined because of their mistakes."

"We vacated the premises by the end of August 2023, yet as December approaches, our deposit remains unreceived. Despite the management furnishing us with a list of reasons for the delay, none proved compelling. A few weeks ago, they assured us they'd instructed the responsible party to expedite the deposit return, yet it still eludes us without explanation. Frustrated by this cascade of untruths, we're compelled to seek resolution through legal means. Wishing luck to all present and future tenants."

"The first thing is that the washing machines always have animal hair, people wash the clothes of the animals there and those hairs stay in the washing machines, my son was almost bitten by a dog that walked him without a collar, a week ago they vandalized my new car and the only thing they know to say is that the camera doesn't work. They never know how to solve any problem in the office. The apartments are very nice, its a park but owners should care more about their tenants."

"Moved in about a 2 months ago, and so far so good. The apartment is very reasonably priced for a completely newly refurbished unit, which is clean and modern. Unit looks EXACTLY how it's pictured online on the Waverly Apartments website. I love how there is a dog park, a community grill, and a community laundry unit if you don't have in-unit laundry. Interactions with staff/management are great so far. Rent payment is handled through an online portal, which I really like for the convenience."
