"This apartment complex is absolutely horrible. Nothing about this about is luxury. Laminate flooring, cheap countertops, the cheapest base boards I've ever seen, horrible craftmenship all around. And above all else the noise from the neighbors is insane. I saw them open the ceiling to make repairs once and there wasn't a single item of sound proofing or insulation to be seen. Also they tried to raise our rent 7% after the first year. One good thing is the maintenance team is actually very good and repairs stuff very quick but keep in mind most of the 5 star reviews were because of a promotion avalon ran for a drawing to get a giftcard/animal gift basket."

"The internet service here is poor. Can’t connect many times. I have to add more comments, the quality of this house is very poor. I can hear my neighbor's voices; it seems like this house lacks any soundproofing facilities. Many nights, I've been woken up several times. The management team at Avalon is great, but based on the building, I'm not happy living here"

"I have lived in building 65 since July and can not say enough positive things about the management and maintenance teams. Chrissy, Paul, Lauren, John and Craig are a great team, work well together and are super responsive. I had move-in challenges with the wifi as noted in some recent reviews but the team made the appropriate calls to get it resolved. Now it works great. If I have any type of issue, the team gets it resolved. My husband and I recently downsized from our family home of 27 years and love living at Avalon!"

"I currently live in the Avalon North Andover apartments and have had a wonderful experience so far. The maintenance guys are extremely helpful and friendly. I bought a couch and had trouble bringing it into my apartment so they were kind enough to offer and help bring the couch into my apartment. I would highly recommend moving into these apartments."

"Avalon is AMAZING. Their management is very friendly and welcoming. They were able to get me moved in as soon as I wanted to (In less than 24 hours). The hallways and apartments themselves are kept clean. The office is extremely responsive as well. I would definitely recommend living at Avalon - North Andover. Also a plus, they are extremely up to day with technology - not apartment keys is great!!!"
