"I requested a simple clean cut around my neck and ears, the lady was not very friendly. The staff in general did not seem like they cared too much. She trimmed a bit around and did not show with a mirror the back. When I got home I checked my haircut up close I understood why. She just completely butchered the cut, around my ears especially, I now look like I have pointy ears, instead of a curve around my ears its a straight up 90 degree corner. I was surprised to have to pay $18.95 for 10 minutes. There is a lot more I could say on point of professionalism but to each the option to want to experience that or not."
