"Good location but new property staff is rude and not helpful. Anytime I’ve called about issues I’ve received an attitude and have been lied to. Packages go missing all the time so if you’re someone who likes to online shop I highly recc not living here unless you like to have to deal with customer service and enjoy running around trying to find where your packages have been left or if they’ve been stolen."

"I have been living at this property since it opened. The Avens took over about a year ago, and have been nothing but kind, responsive, and drive to make change since they arrived. Recently a team came into my apartment to do some work. Everything was wonderful and completed in a timely manner. It is nice to live in a place that truly cares about the residents."

"We have been residences at Station 250 going on three years. We love living here! The apartment complex is kept clean by the maintenance staff and are prompt to responding to any maintenance issues. The management staff are helpful in anyway that they can be. The complex is located between the commuter rail and the Legacy Place outdoor shopping center (which includes a Whole Foods, Restaurants & Bars, Showcase Theater, Bowling, and clothing retail stores. This is a great place to live especially if you are commuting to and from Downtown Boston (20min. train ride). The amenities such as the pool, fire pit, 24hr gym, and grills are a huge plus for this community. Everyone is who lives and works at Avalon Station 250 are friendly and supportive of one another. I would like to add as well that this is a very safe neighborhood. Our neighbors range from families, young professional adults and elderly folks. Most of the residence that live here have lived here for 5 plus years! It's a location that can't be beat. Overall Station 250 is a clean, safe apartment living community that we would highly recommend!"
