"It is really hard to find a place like Cottonwood One Upland. Very friendly staff, excellent maintenance response, very quiet neighborhood, and most importantly very clean and safe compound. My kids want to stay here forever. Thank you to all who works in Cottonwood."

"We are super excited to become a part of Cottonwood! The staff was quite friendly and very welcoming every time we stopped by with more questions. We were very impressed with the grounds, the cleanliness, the landscaping….everything in its place, nice and neat. Even the common area in the clubhouse seem well-kept. I cannot speak to the actual living conditions, as we have not moved in yet. But if it’s anything like what we’ve experienced so far, then it’s going to be great. Looking forward to moving day!!"

"The staff at Cottonwood has been amazing!!! From the 1st time we showed interest until we recently completed our lease agreement. From Ashley in the leasing office who has held our hand through the process with no pressure, only a willingness to assist with whatever our questions or concerns were. We’ve been made to feel extremely comfortable with our new home and not only by the staff at Cottonwood, but residents that we spoke to around the community. Everyone we spoke to seems happy to be there. So my wife and sons are looking forward to an amazing communal experience at Cottonwood. "I've lived here for a year. The office staff are generally nice if you can catch them in the office. They don't often answer the phone. That's about all I can say for positives. Their doors are heavy, difficult to open, and, for those which do react to wheelchair accessibility buttons, open slowly. In the event of a fire or other emergency, people who are weak or infirm will likely die. Despite the office staffs' attempts to have maintenance contact you, do not expect them to contact you. They routinely miss appointments and will not call you. If you are home, they will not announce themselves as they enter. I have a cat, so being around when maintenance visit is important so they don't have a problem with the cat and so my cat does not run out of my apartment when they open the door. I have made many attempts to be accommodating to the maintenance staff and they have made no reciprocal attempts. The gym and pool are small. Most of the facilities are clean, but few people ever use them. For the price, this place is not worth it, especially considering the need for functional maintenance."

"Nice new apartments with a modern contemporary feel. Workout rooms and pool are available in the common area. Grounds are well kept and look great. Garages and storage rooms are available as well as storage access for bikes and other equipment. Location is fantastic and quiet as it is set back well away from traffic and busy businesses."
