"2020 - The Manager, Jessica Lee is the worst, she doesn't respond to emails or phone calls and her door is always closed when you go into the office area. Lots of shady people living there, smoking (pot and cigs) inside the building and outside. Handicapped spots always snowed in, never shoveled I had to do it myself. Dumpster is always overflowing. Maintenance is a smooth talker, always trying to talk you out of the problem so he didn't have to fix the problem if something went wrong and they hire maintenance people who don't know what they're doing that change all the time. Toilets constantly over flowing and flooding the apartment. Dirt speckles in water, washing machine, sinks. The person that lived above me had a criminal record so I'm not sure how they do their background checks. I had to call the cops on her and her daughter. It's too bad because the layout of the apartment is nice. Also there is a person there named Jennifer Ahern that kept me sane, she should be running that place."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Looks nice, but it's a mess. I have lived here for 6-7 months and have had nothing but problems with my unit and ownership. You virtually tour the property without any human interaction - only text communication. Upon move-in I was told that the gate security was in the process of being fixed (there has been no progress on this). My first weekend of living here there was a full SWAT team outside of my apartment handling a major crime on the property that could have been avoided should the gates have actually been working. When I first was signing my lease they asked me to push my move-in date back to get my unit ready. Despite pushing back my move-in date, my heat didn't work, AC didn't work, dryer had a strong unpleasant smell, my mailbox key didn't work, several lights in the unit were either missing bulbs or had bulbs that were burnt out, the main bathroom had mold on the ceiling, none of the bathroom sinks worked properly, there were no toilet paper holders, the water leak alarms were unplugged, one of the cable outlets didn't work, several regular outlets didn't work, etc. I have opened work orders which have been prematurely closed. I have spoken with the leasing office with no proper resolution. Now in trying to move out, the building is unwilling to accept responsibility for any of the issues and would like to charge a full lease breakage fee despite the unit being unfit for move-in from the start. Units need to be properly inspected prior to move-in...especially for the price they charge. Management needs to accept responsibility rather than blame tenants."
"This company wants to use your deposit without paying you interest. Be very careful they return deposits after one month via check. They have been reported to the BBB."
"Lodge at Foxborough would be one of the best places you can call home. The staff really works well to keep the community clean. The maintenance staff, especially Candido, is always on point with anything around the house. The community manager, Jessica, always has a listening ear and responds swiftly to anything the management can help with !"
"Hello. My name is Marat. A little more than a month ago, Tatiana and I moved into a one-bedroom apartment with a den. I would like to extend my gratitude to Jessica in particular. She assisted us from start to finish. Setting things up that we were not able to do because of language It only took minutes for all answers to be provided. Even maintenance problem. Your help was greatly appreciated, Jessica!"
