"Living at The Sylvan has been an incredible experience. Beautiful property, super close to the main highway access for convenience but surrounded by trees so you never hear the road noise, and a really thoroughly well-managed complex. As a gardener, I notice that every season management has landscaping projects underway - fresh perennials in the spring, mums in the fall, even has Christmas tree disposal services in the winter. The maintenance team is rock-solid, it legitimately startled me the first time I submitted a request ticket and got a knock on my door within a few hours. Also, Marcia and the office team are just out of this world good - a really warm and welcoming contrast to the almost adversarial relationship you can find in properties across the city. All in all, as a young family I was concerned about living in an apartment (as I'm generally a bit of a grump) but I thoroughly enjoyed my time here."

"I loved living here! I have to give a HUGE shout out to the maintenance staff! They are extremely fast to respond, attentive, and know you by name. They not only made me feel safe, but an important part of the community. The location is great you have easy access to the highway, and local points of interest, and far enough away from Patriots Place that you won't get stuck in traffic, but close enough to enjoy Patriots Place during the off season, or quick access if you want to catch a game in person."
