"I have lived here for just about 5 years now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The management/staff are incredibly welcoming and supportive. The building I live in is very quiet and most of the neighbors are very friendly. My favorite part about living here is how convenient the location is, 5-10 min commute to work/school. Maintenance is easy to get ahold of and they’ll fix just about anything. Highly recommend Hilltop!!"

"I recently stopped by for a tour and this place was SO nice. Property was beautiful and well kept, apartment was clean and spacious. Also, the office staff Stephanie and Rob were very friendly, welcoming and answered all questions I had about the apartment. "Came to see the reviews after my rent went up and see everyone complaining about the same thing. I’ve been here since 2019 and my rent has gone up at ridiculous rates each year. We’re currently moving the the apartments adjacent to hilltop for hundreds less a month. Everyone loves to compliment the maintenance. Well if their apartment were made out of quality materials you wouldn’t need maintenance daily. My windows are beyond drafty, my husband does home installation and ran a draft test of our apartment it’s so bad. The thermostat for a four bedroom apartment is directly under the largest vent which means the thermostat shuts off instantly as the whole apartment freezes. Last two years have been constant noise pollution. Everyday constant machinery going off and they don’t have even email you a schedule. I’m currently on a work from home meeting and have heard chainsaws all morning. Look elsewhere this place was nice five years ago before they decided to literally scam people into their leases and raise rents at cut throat levels. 10 bad comments in a row on their review page, I assume they will be looking to have Google clear them all to hide their abuses with rent increases."

"Happy Monday from Princeton property today we had a random tree removal company wake us up on this wonderful Monday. No schedule. No heads up. Same stuff here every week… woken up by something new every week. One week construction , another paving, another mulching, another grass, another vacuuming, never the same day never a heads up. Opened my mail this morning my rent has also increased 340$ dollars, this is the fourth consecutive year of big rent increases"

"Scam lease agreements don’t allow you to leave during 3 months of the year and require 3 months notice, so for half the year you cannot move. Why wold they do this? Well my rent has gone up every year for three years and my neighbors have been here for 8 and the same thing. They’re gouging people bad. Since living here I’ve had constantly noise issues with construction every single week, my building has had constant repairs and people moving out, Every day there is a new schedule for grounds keeping and the mowers constantly waking me up. Building marked non smoking but everyone smokes. Rents are falling in Nashua and Hilton is raising them every year for insane amounts. 5mn of googling will find a better spot. Rent up 33%"
