"I give the property manager at the Merrimack location a "0" Never had such BAD service.. we pay alot of money and nothing gets resolved. No wonder they gave a "D" rating I give the a "F"... I WILL NEVER LIVE ON ONE OF THEIR PROPERTY'S AGAIN."

"Terrible place at Eastern Ave in Manchester. Common areas have a constant stench. The carpets in the common area is moldy and dirty all the time. Poor sanitary conditions in the laundry room which is honestly one of the worst I have seen. One laundry room for an entire building with 3 floors is a joke. Management is average and do the bare minimum. Biggest problem is that smoking is allowed inside the building. I cannot believe this is true in the 21st century and that too in a building with so many children. How is this legal? My closets constantly smell like smoke. If you have a choice, and can afford it pick a different place."

"This company honestly only cares about money, they don't care about their residents at all. It wasn't until after I put down my deposit on an apartment that I saw a bunch of negative reviews for this company. A little nervous I decided to dismiss them as I am not someone who likes to cause trouble or ask for things at apartments so I figured that it would be fine. I was wrong. There are countless things over the years that I witnessed from discrimination to neglect to abuse of power. They treat their residents more like prisoners than real people who they have a mutual agreement with and who they are providing services to. To give just a few examples, once there was a notice sent out in the middle of the pandemic telling us that we couldn't open our windows "during heating season" or risk eviction. I once had to call the main office for visitor parking passes when my property manager was on vacation. I called first thing in the morning as soon as they should have been available requesting 3 passes. When I asked the woman outraged said three?? like it was a very unreasonable request and then proceeded to tell me that *maybe* I could have two, but that there were only four left and they'd probably all be gone in the next hour and I needed to come to the office to get them. I responded that I had three young kids so that may be tough and she just said, "yup" and hung up on me. Regardless of how much or how little snow there was the sidewalks were never cleared and if we were lucky the driveways would be cleared but were sheets of ice. Maintenance requests were often unanswered. I could honestly go on and on, but I'll just say I would strongly advise against renting from this company. They honestly don't care and just will do anything to make more money."

"I lived here for almost 2 years and the experience was pleasant and accommodating. The apartment was very clean, spacious and the balcony is a great plus! Any maintenance issue can be easily remedied via their portal application, making it very user friendly. The application made it also very easy to pay rent as well. Taking care of trash and recycling was very easy as well since there is a dumpster within 50 feet of the apartments. Most importantly, everyone living in the apartment was very nice, cordial and helpful. Highly recommended!"
