"the best place to live. management and staff is communicative, kind, thoughtful, and prompt. the building is extremely clean, safe, and in close proximity to everything you would ever want from downtown providence while also being in a tucked away, quiet neighborhood. my packages are delivered on time and locked safely in mailboxes, my view from my apartment is stunning, the amenities are plentiful and clean, and everyone who lives here is respectful and quiet. i absolutely love it here and plan on staying for a long time. Dan and his team have truly made 95 lofts a home!"
"I absolutely LOVE living at 95 lofts. The property manager is kind, caring, and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. The maintance team works fast and efficiently. Amenities are great and location is more than ideal! Tenants are respectful to one another and I recommend this place 100%"
"Nothing but positive for this apt building and management. Not sure why the previous review left such a negative review. It states that you will be charged when filling out the application how that turns into "being robbed" is beyond me. 5 star +++"
"I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Communication is great, maintenance is done quickly and efficiently, and the team really works hard to make sure that your quality of life/living standards are high here. If you have any issues with executive dysfunction, the staff and amenities here really help with that."
"BEWARE - DO NOT APPLY/PAY ONLINE. Shady business practice!!! I thought it was weird they didn't have any reviews, but turns out they just delete them because they deleted mine! Paid $35 to apply and never received a response on my application. They don't answer phone calls nor emails. I basically got robbed."
