"the best place to live. management and staff is communicative, kind, thoughtful, and prompt. the building is extremely clean, safe, and in close proximity to everything you would ever want from downtown providence while also being in a tucked away, quiet neighborhood. my packages are delivered on time and locked safely in mailboxes, my view from my apartment is stunning, the amenities are plentiful and clean, and everyone who lives here is respectful and quiet. i absolutely love it here and plan on staying for a long time. Dan and his team have truly made 95 lofts a home!"

"BEWARE - DO NOT APPLY/PAY ONLINE. Shady business practice!!! I thought it was weird they didn't have any reviews, but turns out they just delete them because they deleted mine! Paid $35 to apply and never received a response on my application. They don't answer phone calls nor emails. I basically got robbed."
