"I’ve been here a little over four years and I feel like I’m home. The residents are my new family and I love them! The manager and the staff are very courteous, friendly and always ready to listen. One thing to remember is that you can’t please all the people all of the time. The best you can hope for is 50 to 60 percent at any given time. Ashley, Victor and Diane are irreplaceable in my opinion."

Ashley Falkenbach is the Property Manager. She is like a breath of fresh air; very friendly, very helpful, very caring, she has a great attitude, and she gets things done. She has made living at Chimney Hill Apartments feel like “home” for many residents. I have a great respect for Ashley; she not only maintains the property and amenities, she also has the strong character necessary to manage the rules which maintain order and safety for all of us; which are not easy jobs. Being a professional, Ashley makes her job look easy and she does it with a smile. Ashley sincerely cares about making Chimney Hill Apartments a “comfortable home” for all the residents. I am very fortunate to live my senior years at Chimney Hill Apartments which affords me the luxury of living in a well-managed, affordable, comfortable, personable, and safe home. I realize how fortunate I am to live at Chimney Hill Apartments. It’s my happy place, “my home”. Victor Gonzales, Service Manager, is the person who takes care of the resident maintenance needs as well as the property maintenance. He responds to and takes care of the emergency needs at often difficult hours as well as performing the everyday maintenance needs. He is one of the most happy, friendly, accommodating, attentive, kind, generous, and efficient people I’ve ever met. I have never heard Victor complain about anything; he is blessed with an infectious laugh, an eagerness to please others and without a doubt he goes above and beyond to complete a quality job. Ashley Falkenbach, the Property Manager and Victor are an unusually dynamic team. We are very fortunate to know they sincerely care about us, and they take great pride in doing a wonderful job. Victor often says how blessed he is, and truth be known, we are the blessed ones because of them."

"My bathroom sink water would not go down. So I told Victor about it and he fixed that same day. Victor is great my sink is better then ever. I’ve been here for 2 years and it always took long for the water to go down, I didn’t complain, because it went down, just took a little longer. But after the water problem we had, it was worse so I told Victor. He fixed it the same day, and it’s wonderful. He is the best, a worker and a half."
