"The staff is pleasant, patient and hard working. They make efforts to maintain the premises clean, orderly and safe. The amenities here are great! I liked having the pool open and they even hired lifeguards; not something that I’m used to, but it was a pleasant surprise. The treadmills in the fitness center just got fixed, which is a relief as it’s getting cold and snowy. The sidewalks and parking lots are kept free of snow in the winter. The apartment is nice and maintenance requests have been filled promptly. It’s a little pricey and the treadmill repairs took a little longer than I hoped for, but I’d still rate this at 5 stars. Great work! Great place to call home!"

"I've lived at Modera Natick since October 2015. It has been a beautiful experience. The office and maintenance staff are very professional, courteous and helpful. Being a single father of two and living here has been wonderful. The times i had a maintenance issue it was taken care of within 24 hours or less.The club house, pool, and gym are also a great amenity. Molly, John, Sean, and the new property manager Bryan have made my living experience here wonderful. M.Eagle"
