Jasmine, who explained to me that she was a landlord relationship special, gave me help understanding rental pricing over the phone, this was SO helpful. She was genuinely interested in just helping me out, and answered questions I didn't know I could have! She didn't have to ask, and I'm only giving her company my listings because of how helpful and thoughtful she was. She was the only person in Brookline to actually give me 11 different rental comps to compare my property to so I had a clue on proper rent for a July market. Every other real estate place that I called in Brookline told me they couldn’t get me that information and asked what I was currently receiving for rent. Jasmine took the time to go over rents and even sent me pictures of properties they had rented over the last several years in my Coolidge corner location and what those rents received in a July time frame!"
