"We have stayed at the 441 Angell St property of Geo Properties for several weeks each of the past 3 years, on both the first floor and third floor apartments. Everything about the property is outstanding - the apartments, the furnishings and fixtures, the service and the professionalism. George is a terrific hands-on owner, and Lisa is an excellent manager! Enthusiastic thumbs-up from us!"

"Stayed here for 2 weeks while recuperating from back surgery. The house has several apartments, and we were in 2 different ones for about a week each. The Peacock on the 2nd floor was absolutely lovely - great lighting, 2 nice bedrooms, a comfortable living room and kitchen. Also had good internet and a full cable TV listings with premium channels. We also stayed in a smaller (less expensive) 1 bedroom on the first floor. Definitely smaller and a bit more rustic - but just fine for our needs. The surrounding area is tremendous - great walking to Brown U, fantastic restaurants, supermarkets, Starbucks, CVS and everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The Residence on Angell was our home away from home for four months and George, Lisa, and team did ABSOLUTELY everything to make our stay comfortable, inviting, and enjoyable! Additionally, the location is incredibly convenient with restaurants, grocery stores, dog and children parks, shops, and Starbucks and other coffee shops all within walking distance. The unit was well kept, spacious, and stocked everything we needed. And our dog felt right at home with easy access to the backyard. We cannot say enough positive things about this property and will plan to stay again should our endevors take us back to Providence!"

"We've stayed in two of the apartments on different occasions, and both were great. The units are comfortably and attractively furnished, and well-maintained. The kitchens are very well-equipped and stocked with basics. Management is very friendly and responsive to questions or requests. The neighborhood is great, with nice restaurants and shops just down the street."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. It is safe and walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and stores. It was also very accommodating to our needs. We got our own parking spot, was able to get a short term 3 month lease, completely furnished, and they allowed our dog to stay. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean. All necessities were stocked when we arrived and basically everything we needed was taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend!"
