"Lease and laws are not enforceable here. They violated my privacy by entering illegally- no warning, no call and knowing I’m home 95% of the time with a disability. No sound protection and so noisy you can’t sleep. Smoke violations etc. They are happy to say they help u with your car if you park here but live in FL/elsewhere but give the runaround for people who actually live here! I’ve been over charged for months on end here. They don’t fix the bill when you do the work to prove them wrong. The manager mocked me verbally and physically, lied about what I said and harassed me and got away with it. Many mechanical or construction issues that lead to consequences and cost I have to pay as a tenant with no so much as an apology. Last minute warning for fun events so you can’t attend anyway, because that nasty manage doesn’t do her job on time. And they come into your apt the day after they give the notice for the days they say they intend to come in to check things they don’t fix, making you lock your dog in the only non windowed room- the bathroom- for 2 days for no reason! And this is how they treat full price and fair market people w an acknowledged disability!! 7 months into having zero serious problems fixed or compensated. And in case you are wondering, I can’t just move due to my particular u fortunate needs. Complaints go to the person you are complicating about."

"Good place to live in if you love marijuana and smoking! It's 1am in mid night now, and I'm writing this review while "enjoying" the free secondhand weed smoke from neighbors/downstairs, same as most of the night in past few months. Cannot remember how many times I've complained with the leasing office on this. But seems not much thing they can do to enforce the smoke free policy in the community. I'm preparing to get the hell out of this place. Good luck to any people who will move to building 2."

"Cold Brook Crossing is becoming more enhanced and beautiful as spring progresses. Comments from my guests orient to the large windows which enable plenty of light and panoramic views. An attraction for me was White Pond Reservation for hiking and a summer swim. The satellite community is relatively new and comment about the peaceful surrounds. All have been friendly and respectful. Bryan Decker, in particular, has made the relocation an ease with his availability and responses to all questions. In discussion at the community drinks last night we hope that he is able to transition to a permanent role here as he, for us, has been the face of Cold Brook Crossing. Shout out to the in-house maintenance team as well for keeping the two buildings remarkable."

"I am a transplant from Southern California. The staff went above and beyond to me. Bryan and Deb are very kind and attentive to the needs of all tents. Apartment layouts are spectacular! I was blown away after taking the first step into a model. I could not wait to have a space of my own here. The apartment is comfy and cozy. I feel a great sense of security in my space. The Apartments at Cold Brook Crossing offer and meet the needs of everything I could possibly ask for: - Washer & Dryer - All kitchen appliances: refrigerator, microwave, stove w/oven, and dishwasher - Safe parking garage out of the elements - Gym - Quasi hotel room for guests - Emasculate common areas - Community office space .... That was just to name a few things. I highly recommend Apartments at Cold Brook Crossing to anyone looking for a one stop shop for residential needs. This is totally the place to be in Sudbury, Massachusetts!! .... Oh and 15 Nov 2022 I finally saw snow for the first time ever!!"
