Wilkins Glen Apartments

"I moved here 3 years ago. There’s a lot of trashy people that live here. They seem like to start trouble. The manager Bill will not do his job correctly. I had a mold issue in my apartment, along with some other people in my apartment, having the same problem. He did nothing about it and made me fill out a doctors note to send to my doctor so he could pull up the rug. When he pulled up the rug there was a huge crack in the concrete pad of my apartment. It was separated from the foundation. He is now trying to kick me out because there’s a lady in here harassing me, but he will not even listen to what I have to say or show him the videos of her harassing me . I got the Medfield cops trying to press charges on me for hearsay. I do have videos to show this woman’s behavior. I am sick and tired of this apartment complex making me out to be the bad guy. I am the victim, and nobody here will help me. He loves to write out lease violations to try to get you kicked out of here. I’ve been threatened by 1 person several times she has called me a Karen and try to make my life miserable . Bill only writes out violations. He does not try to fix the problem. I’ve tried talking to him and telling him that she is the one causing the problems but nope he sends me violations on hearsay which doesn’t even hold up in court. I had to go to court for a protection order from this lady, and it was never granted. And now, after all that stress anxiety disappointment being discriminated against. I went to the cops and there’s nothing they can do. They turned it around on me and they’re trying to charge me with three separate charges. They’ve seen the videos with the cops in Medfield or so corrupt they will do anything to get Them in trouble. My accuser is still going to be living here but I’m the one being thrown out for harassment. By this lady. So if you want to live in a place like this, good luck, you’ll be gone very soon. The people that live here are scumbags. The cops in this town, a very corrupt they will turn everything around to make you look guilty. I lived here since I was 20 years old. I had my daughter grow up here and back then it was a very nice place to live. The management was very nice. They just didn’t write out violations to get you kicked out. They listen to you and they solve the problem without getting you kicked out. This new company that took over is a bunch of monkeys. They are bad landlords they’re scum loads."

Maintenance issues are taken care of on a timely matter .Bill ( property manager)has been a wonderful manager that cares about the tenants privacy ,safety and comfort at Wilkins Glen.If you enjoy starting drama seeing drama or being part of drama Wilkins Glen is not the place for you. But if you looking for peaceful quiet smoke free environment with good management this is the place ."

"Wilkins Glen is a nice neighborhood located within walking distance to Medfield High School. Since new management took over there have been a lot of improvements. The parking lots and all walkways have been repaved, decayed or dangerous trees have been cut down, new wooden fences were just installed to replace the very very old ones. Maintenance does a great job handling snow storms with a dedicated crew plowing the culvasac every hour, keeping parking lots cleared, and shoveling walkways then treating them with sand and salt. When you wake up the next day you know they're will not be any trouble getting to your car and leaving for work or whatever activities you have planned for the day."

"I have lived in Wilkins Glen for almost two years. The new property manager is amazing, she’s attentive and hands on if you will. She is great about answering any and all questions and getting back to you promptly. It’s a beautiful development and great place if you have young kids as well."

"I have been living here for 25 years and would like to say I have been treated good by the management here all years living here until the last year since Darniece S. has been manager she is not fair does not return any phone calls. She makes you feel less than, and brags about her good life.She does not understand what most of the tenantstzhat live here.sad stories as well as mine abuse poverty, lack of education. Well Darniece not everyone is lucky like you. I know longer feel safe living here. I do not feel safe because one she doesn't return calls because she is better than us she picks and chooses her people here (discrimination). I would like to start a petition with neighbors to transfer her out of her position here.or you as a company can investigate her motives. We deserve to feel safe in our home. Unsatisfied tenant"
