"The management of this luxury apartment faces a persistent issue with trash management, detracting from the overall experience and giving rise to problems such as mice, cockroaches, unpleasant odors, and more. Overflowing trash rooms and full outdoor bins constitute significant drawbacks. Additionally, irregular trash pickup exacerbates the issue, posing challenges for residents in disposing of their waste and fully enjoying the living experience at Hathon. As of today, Thursday, Jan 18th, trash hasn’t been picked up since last Wednesday, Jan 10th. It’s been over a week. They use services of Town of Medway, however, they could have engaged a company that would be picking up trash on a regular schedule. Regardless of the weather conditions, I see garbage trucks around the town. Weather isn’t an excuse. A more effective waste disposal system is crucial to maintain the desired standard of living. Update: Today is Jan 21st and trash rooms are still full and garbage bins and canisters outside are overflowing still. Such a bazaar! Another update: management just responded to my review stating that regardless of weather, there are scheduled trash pick up times. This is not true given that I work from home and my window overlooking this trash area and I can hear when the trucks comes and based on these pictures and the overflowing cans, it proves the opposite. Schedule daily pick up ! Clearly, this is not frequent enough to accommodate 400 units!"

"These Luxury apartments are great… Until you have an issue! I have been living here for 4 months and have had mice in my apartment a couple times. For the amount of money we pay for rent, and these being luxury apartments. I should not be having to mice issues!! I call the operator line multiple times for someone to come remove the mice, but the office does not do ANYTHING until i personally go to the office and plead for them to come! I wake up at night with scratching noises inside the wall. My dog stays up all night looking for where the noise is coming from. Until they finally enter the apartment. Which doesn’t let anyone sleep at night!! This is unacceptable for this apartment complex. The worst part is, I am going to have to go again personally to the office this morning for them to come to my house. Because just a phone call never works!!"

"Disappointing Maintenance Experience: I am deeply disappointed with the maintenance service in this luxury apartment complex. I have been a resident here for 2 months, and the recent experience with my broken washing machine has been incredibly frustrating. It has been two long weeks since I reported the issue with my washing machine, and despite multiple follow-ups, no one has come to fix it. This prolonged delay is simply unacceptable, especially considering the high rent we pay for these apartments. As a temporary solution, the office provided access to an empty unit's washing machine a week ago. However, today, without any prior notice, they abruptly canceled my access to that unit, leaving me without a means to wash my clothes. This lack of communication and consideration is truly disheartening. With piles of clothes waiting to be washed, this situation has become unbearable and is affecting my daily life. It is frustrating to live in a luxury apartment and not receive timely and efficient maintenance services. I urge the management to take immediate action and prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its residents. Luxury living should encompass top-notch services, including prompt maintenance response times. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address these issues promptly and improve the overall maintenance experience for all residents."
