"I will first start by saying I did not interact with anyone at this facility. In fact, I was a visitor for the middle school across the street. I had never been to the middle school before so I was unsure where to park. Upon arriving I see a parking lot labeled "visitor parking only" which you can see in the google maps. Since it was close to the school I decided to park here. I waited in my car for about five minutes before leaving and walking to the school. In the few minutes it took to cross the street, I turn around and see someone touching my car. Confused, I went back and saw they had put a violation sticker right in my field of vision on my windshield. I find this to be irresponsible and dangerous as I could not see because of the sticker they put on. Not to mention, I had to go out and buy sticker remover for it as well. How are you going to put a violation sticker on my car in a visitor only parking lot? They could have come out and spoke to me and asked me to leave in the minutes I was there, because obviously they were waiting for me to leave. I also have a Vermont plate on my car, so it is obvious I do not know the area. Beware of this facility as their actions speak louder than words."

"They don’t do repairs when there are some. They don’t accommodate the tenants but themselves. They hire relatives and friends so the work is shoddy."
