"These apartments are aesthetically pleasing but that is it. The hallways smell like urine, there is so much dog poop on the outside of the building you can smell it at the back doors before you even open them to walk out. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors phone vibrating. I lived here for only 3 months before breaking my lease, if you value peace and quiet look elsewhere. If you’re interested in living there I highly suggest you have a tour and ask to sit in an empty unit for a period of time to see if the noise is tolerable. Staff was always kind and professional, I understand a lot is out of their control so I don’t know what can be done but I’d hate for someone have to go through the misery I went through when an honest review maybe could of prevented the frustration of moving in and out. Side note: I lived there from Dec 2022- March 2023, maybe things have changed for the better?"

"I have lived at YarnWorks for almost a year. Amy is the one I started with. She is amazing. Every time I call she's always very nice and professional. Everything I ask is explained clearly. We just did my home inspection it was quick and easy. Now my renewal is coming up and I had questions. She explained it well and we are all set. She is great with the residents and makes it easy when I have concerts or questions."

"yarnworks is a beautiful building. the apartments are spacious. the amenities are great.. evidenced by the bicycle parking room on the ground floor near the fitness room. and the staff is super friendly and helpful to boot. there are two drawbacks that come to mind: - some residents are a bit lackluster in their care of cleanliness and seem to lack awareness of how to live among others in an apartment building. - the number one negative for this otherwise potentially perfect building is the walls.. you will hear your neighbors.. talking, walking, scolding their dog, their dog, their television, their podcasts, their shower, their game nights, their everything. that said, if you're coming from an apartment building - you might be used to it."
