"Went here to get my roots touched up. I wasn’t even acknowledged until 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and the stylist then made a rude comment about my hair. I felt like my stylist had no idea what she was doing. I told her my color formula and the color was still wrong, my roots are red now and the rest of my hair is jet black. I asked for a clear gloss as well and she asked me what point in the dye she should do it? I’ve never had a stylist ask me how to color my hair. She also trimmed my bangs and did a chop job. Didn’t realize how bad everything was until i got home since it wasn’t dried. Really disappointed, it just was a bizarre experience"
