I also like the interface that they use to manage payments and get in contact with management. One of my most positive rental experiences!"

"I have been living here six years. Apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space. 1-2 bedrooms available here. There’s also new storage spaces in basements of both buildings. Parking is never an issue. Grounds are nice and kept up. Located in central Belchertown at intersection of route 9 and route 202...convenient. Also about a 15 minute drive to Umass and Amherst colleges. I would recommend Crown Point Apartments."

"Oh my goodness, I absolutely love living here. I have been here for over 10 years. The management team here is quite professional and friendly at the same time. All maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Oh the off street parking is awesome in snowy weather. The plow company is amazing. I would highly recommend this apartment complex."

"I moved here 7 months ago. I had issues with the office manager being unprofessional before moving in but the owner insisted it wouldn't happen again. The lack of return phone calls, slow or inconsistent maintenance, and bad follow through are very frustrating. The laundry machines break or work badly and the machines eat our quarters. The no smoking policy isn't enforced as much as it should be. The office manager hangs out with tenants, as friends, during office hours...which I assume is why we don't get called back. Snow removal is badly explained and our steps and walkways werent shoveled for 2+days. The location is decent, grounds are pretty, and parking is rarely an issue. Beyond that..I regret moving here"
