"Maggots and flys invested the garage because they refused to listen to the requests we need a trash can(they wanted us to just through the trash in a open barrel and let it sit in the garage), now the flys and maggots are coming through our walls and light fixtures, we reported this months ago in the summer and the didn’t do anything about it. This company is disgusting and their practices are abhorrent, by continue to agree and put off our issues “because it’s busy season” well thank the lord they’re priorities are only with the rich college students with money and parents to hound them. God forbid a disabled person that can barely stand to work 10-20 hours a week needs help. I’ve constantly been nice with them and followed up, and ALL OF OUR ISSUES HAVE BEEN IGNORED."

"Entire staff is incompetent but somehow condescending. Especially the property managers. Mine refused to sign a silly paper saying I didn’t destroy my unit until James Beadle (nice enough guy) who owns the company was contacted. Awful and unprofessional people to deal with if you get on their bad side."

"This company is a nightmare! Do not use! No one answers phones or emails. They won't tend the property so that the snow is taken care of or the lawn. They are happy to threaten you with fees and never post your apartment making you liable for the place. This is the worst agency I have ever seen and they won't even tell you when they take over your building! Beware! If you end up with this agency get out asap!"
