"I have lived here for about 8-10 yrs now, I am very happy and content here, both Complexes have Market Rentals and Low-income w/ section 8. That is one reason why I like it here. Most low-income Housing is sadly obvious, all of these apartments and duplexes are very well kept up. They keep the property looking good, they just finished with improvements to and for our Safety/ Security with a new Fire alarm system that goes directly to the Fire and Police Departments, along with camera's for us to be able to see who is ringing the buzzer. They also have inspections annually to make sure all is good, and the comradery in the building I live in is great and we all look out for each other."

"Better then others in town. nice land scape and grounds. buildings are going on 30 years old thin walls electric heat. no central air. poor windows still best place with HUD rent help."
