"They never answer the phone,even if you leave a message they don’t return your phone call. After calling for two or three days straight, The woman I did talk to had very condescending tone. She couldn’t answer any questions. she directed me to another person’s voicemail. Nothing but a big runaround .You should be able to get some sort of idea where you are on the waiting list so you can plan on getting your housing. It’s not that difficult not impressed at all. I wonder how people that have just gotten their retirement are now trying to line up someplace to live how do they actually survive? You can’t rent a place. very frustrating."
