"Went in pregnant and homeless and simply tried to fill out an emergency application and also a regulatory application. Secretary would not accept it. Re-filled out 3 times and she told me it was not filled out correctly and she would shred it if i passed it in that way. Asked her for help, as i was the only person in the office at the time. Or asked if she could show me what i was writing incorrectly. She refused and never accepted my application. Asked if there was someone else i could speak to for help and she said there was nobody i could speak to until i completed application. Made to feel like complete garbage. Still no help."

"Well this is an easy review to have the answer already assist people who need help with housing and also would housing assistance such as the subsidized housing. it's truly a really great program and it helps so many people out even if you don't need some shut-eye service anything that has to do with how they can provide you an answer was with it very kind people I couldn't say enough about them"
