"Great rental place as long as you’re not a moron like me who comes to return something 15 minutes before closing time and assumes that there’s no one there just because the sign says closed, all the lights are off, the parking lot is empty, and nobody picks up when you call from the parking lot. Dude was there, and I should have used my The Predator-like heat and motion sensors to figure that out and somehow summoned him to the door so I could return the rental on time. My bad. Totally fair that I pay the extra $40 for returning it the next day after standing at the counter for 15 minutes while he yelled at two separate customers on the phone. To be fair, he did eventually offer to return the $40 with the righteous, seething, barely-contained contempt that all good customer service people feel toward unreasonable, incompetent customers who lack even the basic psychic ability and/or technological devices to see through walls; but by then I was over it."

"I'm not sure how the owner expects to stay in business, or even if he wants to: he just seems angry, and every customer that wanders in offends him just by daring to enter his store. Don't expect the time of day from him. I've rented tools mostly. Some have been fine, but everything is old and has little problems -- or big ones. A floor sander I got recently had a handle that was falling off, with one loose and one missing screw. It could have been a real hazard if we hadn't noticed. That was the last straw and I won't be going back here."

"We rented a GIANT bounce house with a slide. Absolutely massive. Bit the prices was exceptionally CHEAP considering everyone else prices. We had it for almost 4 day for about $215 bucks. Picked it up Friday and didn't have to have it back till the following Monday before closing. The clerk could of used a little more personality but all and all this is the spot to go. Highly recommend"

"I wish they had frequent flyer miles or something because I've rented so many tools over the years. I have always had a good experience with this Taylor rental. The one time I did have a problem with a machine they immediately traded it out for another machine. Keep up the great job. The new guy Don seems very knowledgeable of a wide range of everything.
