About Us
Hilltown CDC, located at 387 Main Road in Chesterfield, Massachusetts, is a finance institution dedicated to developing affordable housing opportunities for Hilltown residents. They also support local farmers in expanding a healthy food supply, advocate for effective land use and conservation, and engage the community to invest in their future. The institution works towards developing town centers where residents can safely walk, shop, and interact with their neighbors. Additionally, the Hilltown Arts Alliance hosts live artist demonstrations, talks, and performances as part of their annual Open Studio Tour, inviting the public to learn art techniques and enjoy music and dance performances. The institution is an EEO/Section 3 Employer, encouraging women and members of minority groups to apply for opportunities. Funding is provided by the US Dept. of HUD/DHCD and MA CDBG Programs to the Town of Chesterfield.
