They responded so quickly and were able to see me the same day due to a cancellation, which was so lucky! My hair was a complete mess going in to the appt, it was so damaged I didn't think there was anything that could be done to save it. But Kai is magical and super knowledgable, he fixed my hair AND gave me advice for future maintenance at the same time. This is 100% where I will be going for my hair moving forward. "I aimlessly wandered in while my daughter was at gymnastics class around the corner having just received the worst haircut of my life. My hair had been shoulder length before the hatchet job so I was kind of bummed out about it. I walked in and Kai mentioned that they were closed, but when I took off my hat and showed him the situation, with the steady hand of a heart surgeon he pointed me to a chair. In 25 minutes I walked out of there with literally the best haircut I’ve ever had. He wasn’t set up for transactions so he just said “it’s on me, hope your day is better now” before changing into a dove and flying off into the autumn sky. Highly recommend."
