"I rented under Amy all throughout grad school and she was the best landlord I ever had. She responded quickly to when the apt needed attention to (ex: a raccoon got in the attic). She also cleared things up with me in a professional/kind manner with me when I messed up my payment on my rent/utilities my first month. Also read the other review, and Amy never visited my apartment unannounced ever so not share what that's about. Lived there for 3 years and she was the best landlord I've had so far."

She is prompt with responses to maintenance needs and is never over bearing. She trusts that I will care for her property as if it were my own and the trust is definitely mutual!"
"Amy used to walk into my apartment without notice a few times (within a month of moving in-she just wanted to see how it was looking after a cleaning. The last time she did that, she almost got a full sight as I was undressed in my room when she walked in). She is disrespectful, rude, and at times childish. I have never had such a horrible landlord experience until I rented from Milo."
