"Don’t care about clients. I’ve been coming here for a year , they don’t respect or treat their customers good. Not one phone call or text they just switch you to other lash techs without telling you. Then when you call them to ask why your with someone new they get defensive and say they don’t have to have this conversation cause there bussiness is downsizing they sent out emails. I got one email that they were combing with the tanning place not that they let off laurel. Whoever picked up the phone told me they don’t have enough staff to call their clients. Most unprofessional place of business"

"This was my first time to this lovely Spa, so close to our Summer home. It is spacious and luxurious in appearance and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I thought I would try it out with a simple brow wax with Kelley, just to see if it was a place I would return too. I was so surprised by the lovely room with candles and comfy table used for the brow wax . I am usually sitting in an open space with chairs lined up for brow waxing. Kelley is passionate about her work and spent considerable time on my overdue brow clean up. I generally get my brows done in NYC since I am between Cape Cod and NYC for work and I can say that Kelley did a far better job than some of the most experienced NYC brow experts. Now I can't wait to try her facials. Kelley is my go to person now and I am so glad to have a Spa in Sandwich with a large enough staff so wait times are reduced. I highly recommend The beauty bar and Spa to those who want some reasonably priced pampering with an incredibly warm hearted experienced staff."
