"I’m sad to post this because the owner is a nice person but I’m disappointed. I got a dip manicure on Sunday and the following Saturday (yesterday) one of my nails fell off and tonight (Sunday) another fell off. I called yesterday to inform her this was happening and she urged me to come in the next day and even though my schedule was really tight I stopped by and they were closed at 1pm, they are supposed to be open until 5pm :( I live in Ipswich and it would be really convenient if I could get my nails done here but I will not take my business here again :( It’s really hard to come up with the money to get my nails done and it needs to last. I feel the need to share as the cost of everything is soaring and I rely on reviews to decide on whether or not I’ll visit a place. (Update) Third nail fell off, not even an hour after posting this :/"
