The woman at the reception desk was the owner, she had answered my phone call earlier that day telling me the price of a deep conditioning treatment that i was asking about was &10-25. I thought to myself, perfect! My hair dresser, Aly, was an absolute gem. So sweet and knowledgeable. Then the same woman at the counter I mentioned above went to ring me up and stated it would be $40 because I had a lot of hair and they had to use a lot of product. I point to the price list directly in front of both of us that says $10-25 and she tells me not to go by that with a very rude tone. Well that price is what brought my business in the first place. Also, the treatment didn't do anything to my hair. Wasted $40 to walk out with the same texture in my hair that I walked in with. Will not recommend this establishment to anybody."
