"One lady used to cut my hair and she was good but recent one was bad experience. There was another lady and she had some personal issues going on and not greeted even when i say Hi. Used cloth which was on floor covered with someone’s hair and she cut hair in 3-4 mins. Which came out really bad. Not going again to this location."

Done in 10 minutes Didn’t want a shampoo, and didn’t offer the rest. “That’s it!” Sorry I went. I’ll keep looking. I wish people who don’t like cutting hair, or who don’t have the gift would just get out."

"This first time i went here the hair cutter was engaged and happy to be there. She won my business and got a well deserved tip. This last time i went, the haircutter was the opposite, disengaged and i didn't get more than a few words from her. Also, she did a poor job on my exceedingly simple haircut. I'm mostly bald on top, think Jean-Luc Picard. She still got a tip but that was a strike for them, sadly. Edit: the third time i went i was taken in immediately by Amanda. She was very nice and engaged me with talking about our dogs. She set right to work and got my haircut done in short order. (It's not a difficult one) i happily tipped her and was on my way in short order. Back to 5 stars!"

"I have never had an issue with the Hanover location, the women we have had have always been friendly and gave a great cut! Last time however, it was SO bad. Both of the boys had such bad cuts that I honestly can’t believe they let me walk out. The woman wasn’t friendly, I don’t think I’ve seen her there before. I’m non confrontational so I paid and left but it was even worse in natural light. Everyone has commented on how amazingly bad it is. Now I am scared to go to this location in fear we will get stuck with her again. She should maybe stick to adults and let the more kid friendly hair dressers work on the kids, maybe that was the issue. I provided pictures but it was 10x worst in person (straight scissor lines across the top of the head)"
