"I got a text message stating they were going to do some work on the property. Their team arrives, does the job and leaves within three hours, That Same Day. A 24 hour notice WAS NOT given by BPM management team. I WAS NOT given ample opportunity to collect my belongings and prepare for their arrival. BPM culled my sentimental 6-year-old Concord grape vines and violated my Doctrine of Emblements with impunity. I was 2 months away from harvest and could have moved the plants then. No conversation happened with ANY tenants of the building prior to the yard work, even though they know several tenats in thia building have personal gardens on site. When I called Matt in a well-deserved rage, he was distant, lackadaisical and unprofessional. I still have to have a conversation with their management team., as of this Review."

"I fired this company on January 12 after I was unhappy with their services. Over a month later, they continue to randomly show up and try to bill me. It’s not even consistent—for example, they don’t show up to plow but then show up to try and shovel the walk way even though I’ve already done that myself. I feel bad for their workers, who are going where they’re told. Clearly their record keeping system is a mess, since I have called and written to them multiple times to stop coming to my property."

"I have had a great experience with Berkshire Property Managers. I think people take for granted how much property managers have to juggle and don't give them enough credit. BPM is always courteous to everyone, highly professional, and they have done some great work on a couple of properties for me when their schedule permits. In particular, I can't say enough good things about how they transformed this common stairway at an apartment they manage for me."
