"First of all, I want to share that I am rarely one to write a bad review, but I chose to write this hoping others would not have the same experience. I came into this nail salon with my sister hoping to have a good experience because I suspected that I was getting engaged over the weekend. My sister made them well aware of this hoping that they would handle my nails with care for the special occasion. I showed them an inspo picture and asked if they had a recommendation for coloring and style to get to where I wanted to be and received no help (for reference I asked for a white nail with a little gloss). When the process started, I was in pain the entire time because of how they were ripping at my skin. I was then told that it was because my skin was too thick to work with, but I had never had this issue at another salon. The paint was clear sparkle across my nail and nowhere near what I asked for. It was so disappointing that they let me walk out like that knowing that it was for a special event. I was also very surprised when hearing the price was $45 for what I was given"

"I’m not one to write reviews, nor one to complain. I am big on supporting local businesses despite minor flaws. There’s nothing wrong with my nails, and if their prices were anywhere near reasonable I would probably go back. However, after getting a full set of acrylic nails with an almond shape and a coat of sparkly nail polish on 4 of my fingers, I was upset to be charged $95- without tip. I was charged $15 for getting my nails shaped, which is normally included in the price, and then ANOTHER $15 just for sparkles. It’s not like I asked for an actual design. That being said- do not come here. K&T nails and N&K nails which are right down the road charge half the price for the same thing that I got here and with the same quality and technique. When I walked in to Royal Nails there was no menu on the wall. I should have known- they don’t want you to know that they’re overpriced! Not to mention the color that I chose from their sample options, they didn’t even have. So I had to deal with having a color that was off from what I wanted. I called the next day and Van told me that I was out of luck and that I “should’ve checked online first” when in fact it is the employees/owner’s job to inform the customers of their services and prices."
