"Very disappointing service. This is the second time that I have had an appointment and they don’t take you until almost 30 to 45 mins after your appointment. Then you don’t even get to enjoy a pedicure or nails done if you come with someone because their is one nail person going back and forth which is not relaxing at all. If you want to get your nails done on time get the first appointment of the day."

"Will not be going back. They were able to get 4 of us in calling on the same day and have reasonable pricing ($30 gel, $40 dip) which are the only reasons they get 2 stars. One of the gel manicures started chipping not even 20 minutes after leaving the salon. The gel is not strong, my nails bend like it’s regular polish. We were all rushed, she never gave my nails the full time to dry under the LED light so I don’t have hopes that this gel will last more than a few days. Told us the credit card machine was broken and had to use cash after clients before us used the credit card machine. The dip manicure was not very good; bumpy, unevenly shaped, thick. Not super pleasant people, exchanged only a couple words regarding colors the whole time the 4 of us were there. Sad to leave this review but I am disappointed."

"This is my favorite nail salon! The pedicures are fantastic, the staff always friendly and attentive. No issues making appointments. They offer you bottled water, allow you plenty of time to make color choices, and have always been very pleasant. Atmosphere is relaxing with a beautiful fish tank, underwater seascapes on the tv's (no news or talk shows! Yay!), and soothing music. I take my husband every year for couples pedicures for his bday. He loves it! He's completely comfortable. And they do a great job with massage and reflexology portion of our massages. He has very sensitive calf muscles and typically doesn't like them to be touched, except at Essence! He let's them do it and loves it! Can't wait to go back to visit them this weekend! See you Friday!"

"This is the absolute WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. I will NEVER go back! The person that did my nails was rude and unprofessional. I requested a fill and French manicure she only put one coat of white for the tip and when I asked for a second coat she got upset and said it looks good, and I had to tell her no I would like a second coat and finally she put another on with an attitude. You can tell that they favor their regulars and give them a different service than people that have never been there before which in my opinion is not right. She was also going extremely fast and in the process of cutting my nails down buffed the skin on my finger. The icing on the cake was as soon as I got home one of my nails chipped. When I go to get my nails done and drop a decent amount of money I expect certain things and this place was horrible. If I could less than one star I would. NEVER AGAIN!"

"I walked in on off the street and was greeted by Heidi. She was very accommodating. Heidi was happy to do both a Pedicure and French nail dip for me on the spot. She took her time and was detail oriented. They came out beautifully. I will definitely go back Thank you-Gina"
