"I have been living here for about 2 years now and I love it. It is a great area with a gas station and cute general store/coffee shop a stones throw away. The maintenance staff quickly responds to tickets and the parking lot is always salted and plowed as needed in the winter. I love that I can easily pay rent on the app and have the option for autopay. There is always plenty of parking available. I also love that they are welcoming to my 80 pound German Shepherd mix - not an easy find these days!"

"I’ve only been here for a month. But so far I love it here. The residents that I’ve met so far have all been nice. Very dog and dog owner friendly. Maintenance responds quickly when you put in a work order. Reserving the 5th star until after I see my heating bill this winter."

"We had an amazing experience with the management team while choosing an apartment from out of state. We worked with Jason and he was incredibly helpful and responsive during our application process and after. He even did a video call to do a walkthrough of the apartment that looked renovated and modern. The best part of the whole experience was Jan, the manager, giving us extra time to sign the lease while we waited on another place close to my work 40 mins away. She said that even though she’d “love the business,” she didn’t feel “ethically comfortable” making us sign a lease and lose our money, especially with a baby. She even gave us recommendations on other apartments close to my work. We ended up not signing the lease but if we ever have to rent in the area, we’d definitely consider HomeRoom Lofts."

"It's mostly quiet, I have a nice view from my windows, and it's pet friendly. However, their claim to be a smoke free property seems to be a bit of a stretch. I moved into an apartment that smelled strongly of cigarettes, and had nicotine coated surfaces. Maintenance came in, did a couple things to try and help, but I ended up paying professional cleaners to come in. I thought a thorough cleaning helped, until I realized that I have neighbors who smoke. They smoke inside their apartment, outside the front door, and in cars which are parked across from my windows. I have asked twice for clarification on the smoking policy, and received no answer either time, but it seems to be that smoking, and the second hand smoke in the hallway and other apartments is not a real concern."

"My husband and I and looked at a couple of the apartments here last week. We were really blown away by the finishes as well as the little touches that we're left from when it was a school. Also absolutely love that there are no breed restrictions so our little pit bull is allowed. We submitted an application last week and were waiting to hear if we're accepted. The only thing that they don't have, and I was a little surprised by, is a fenced in dog area. That would really make this place the perfect dog friendly apartments around."
