"I walked in and stood there at the door silently while the employees did their own nails for 30 seconds before they said "hello?" I asked if they did walk in hair cuts and she spoke to the other employee in a different language and went "no 10 minutes." I said do I wait 10 minutes? She said no. I had to follow up with so I can't get my hair cut today to get a definite answer. They are very rude."
